This is a hands-on leadership support role assisting our Night Operations Manager with inspections, training, account startups, and responding to evening operational needs. This position is ideal for someone dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Starting wage : $18.50-$19.50/hour

Position Overview:

Evening Operations Support Assist Night Operations Manager with nightly operations Conduct cleaning inspections at customer locations Help resolve quality issues and customer requests Support employees with training and guidance Assist with coverage when staff call out Account Startup Support Assist with new account startups Help train new employees Assist in getting accounts to budget Help refine and establish cleaning routes Quality Control Perform routine inspections Follow up on open issues Ensure accounts are meeting company standards Communicate updates to leadership team Emergency Response Respond to call-outs or urgent issues Help fill in when short staffed Assist with supply or equipment needs

Schedule:

Full-Time Typical hours: 4:30pm-12:30am What We're Looking For Leadership or supervisor experience preferred Janitorial experience helpful but not required Strong communication skills Ability to work independently Valid driver's license Reliable transportation

Location:
