As a Scheduling Coordinator at FirstLight Home Care, you will be responsible for managing caregiver schedules, ensuring that clients receive the right care at the right time. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our client care manager, our caregivers and management to optimize staffing and improve our service delivery. Working on-site in Boise, you'll have the flexibility to manage scheduling changes and communicate effectively with all team members.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the schedules of caregivers to meet client needs efficiently. Communicate with caregivers and clients to confirm appointments and address any scheduling conflicts. Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new caregivers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of caregiver schedules and client assignments. Collaborate with management to assess staffing needs and ensure adequate coverage.Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proficient in using scheduling software and have competent technology skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment. A passion for providing exceptional service in the home care industry.Bonus If You:
Have prior experience in scheduling or a related administrative role. Are familiar with home care services and the unique needs of clients. Possess knowledge of local healthcare resources and support services.Employment Type & Availability:
This position is Full-Time. We will start you as a part time scheduler and part time caregiver. We expect you to transition into full time scheduling once you learn our business.Location:
