This role goes beyond traditional administrative support by driving efficiency, managing cross-functional workflows, and enabling leaders to focus on high-impact strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization of meetings across stakeholders Prepare executives for meetings with agendas and briefing materials Act as a gatekeeper and liaison for communication flow Operational Coordination Track and manage key initiatives and deadlines Support execution of workflows and process improvements Help coordinate cross-departmental projects Assist in maintaining dashboards and reports for leadership Project & Process Management Assist in planning and execution of strategic projects Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements Ensure alignment between priorities and execution Communication & Stakeholder Management Draft and manage executive communications Interface with internal teams and external partners Facilitate meetings and track action items Administrative & Office Support Oversee administrative systems and documentation Support budgeting and vendor coordination Assist with event planning and company initiatives Qualifications 3-5+ years of relevant experience Strong organizational and time management skills High level of discretion and professionalism Excellent communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools Core Competencies Strategic thinking and problem-solving Attention to detail and execution Proactive mindset Adaptability Strong interpersonal skills Success Metrics Executive time optimization On-time completion of initiatives Improved workflows Stakeholder satisfaction Position Impact This role bridges executive leadership and operations, ensuring alignment, accountability, and execution across priorities while enhancing leadership effectiveness.
