What You'll Do Service Scheduler Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls for the service department Schedule appointments for service department Assist customers with questions and direct them to the appropriate service advisor Take and relay messages accurately Make outbound calls to schedule recall appointments and provide service updates Occasionally greet and assist customers in person

Cashier Responsibilities:

Process customer payments using a cash register and credit card systems Ensure accurate and efficient transaction handling

Requirements:

Candidates must be comfortable on the phone; taking up to 30 calls per hour. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record is not a requirement for this position but would definitely be preferred.
