Job Description

Associate Operations Manager Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Support, promote, and employ the Outworx Mission, Vision and Values in interactions with employees, customers, and Service Partners Maintain an environment that complies with company policies as well as OSHA, Federal, State, and Regulations and Laws. Attend and complete all required training. Conduct Pre-Season site visits and post season reviews with customers as scheduled. Confirm Service Partner setup process is completed and ready for event services. Work with Sourcing Manager and Market manager to source and identify additional Service Partner resources. Manage and drive Service Partner service compliance through the required field app. Immediately report accidents or injuries while following proper procedure. Work with Market Managers to validate, audit, and approve Service Partner work tickets based on field compliance and client approvals. Promptly respond to customer concerns and communicate with field operations to validate concern has been completed. Manage site clean-up and repairs with Service Partners Other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite/Salesforce Willingness to work prolonged hours during the snow season. Thrive in a fast-changing startup environment. Accurately track and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative problem-solving skills and ability to implement solutions for resolution. Motivated, ability to flourish with minimal guidance. Professional Experience:
Bachelor s Degree Preferred or Minimum of 5 years Management Experience Bilingual - English and Spanish a plus Valid State Driver s License with DOT acceptable driving record. The ability to pass a background check. The ability to pass a drug screen. Valid DOT medical card within 30 days of employment. Must be at least 21 years old
Physical Requirements:
Required to walk, sit, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must be able to shovel snow for long periods of time. Must be able to lift and/or move 25 to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
