What You'll Be Doing:
As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our practice.
Your day-to-day will include:
Greeting and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism Answering multi-line phones and routing messages Scheduling and coordinating appointments, follow-ups, and treatment plans Verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and managing authorizations Maintaining front desk operations including paperwork, records, and supply ordering Supporting efficient patient flow and communication with clinical staff
What You Bring:
1-3 years of experience in a medical office or customer-facing role Friendly, confident phone etiquette and outstanding communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Ability to multitask and troubleshoot in a fast-moving environment Team-player mentality with a proactive attitude
