Scheduling Coordinator

The Center for Sleep Medicine is seeking a full-time Scheduling Coordinator needed for fast paced medical office in Mokena, IL. Scheduling Coordinator manages patient appointments and optimizes provider schedules. Handles a high volume of calls while maintaining a professional and friendly tone with all callers. Documents patient interactions, issues, and resolutions in our EHR/EMR system. Identifies caller's needs and provides appropriate solutions. The position requires a high degree of organization, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in fast paced team environment. Prior experience with EMR systems and scheduling required. Bilingual (preferred, but not required)

FULL-TIME

8:00 am- 6:00 pm, Monday - Thursday, flexibility required to work Fridays as needed.
