Job Description Build and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules Balance machine capacity, labor availability, materials, and customer priorities Coordinate production flow across printing, converting, and shipping operations Adjust schedules to address machine downtime, material shortages, and rush orders Partner with Customer Service, Sales, Purchasing, Production, and Shipping teams to meet delivery commitments Analyze bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve throughput and efficiency Maintain ERP data, monitor KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives Communicate production status, risks, and recovery plans to key stakeholders MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 3+ years of experience in production scheduling, planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations Strong ERP/MRP system knowledge and advanced Excel skills Experience balancing production demands in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities Strong communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Bachelor's degree preferred What's on Offer Base salary $80,000 - $95,000 depending on experience 3 weeks PTO 1 week sick time 3 floating holidays 401k with employer match Health benefits thru BCBS
