The ideal candidate has experience coordinating orders in a production, fulfillment, warehouse, printing, or shipping environment and enjoys being the person who keeps projects on track. Requirements of the Account Coordinator Previous experience in account coordination, order processing, fulfillment, production, warehouse operations, or shipping Strong attention to detail with the ability to catch errors before they affect a job Experience working with inventory, orders, work orders, or production documentation WMS or inventory management system experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines Comfortable working with both office and production teams Dependable, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of projects Basic computer skills and ability to learn company-specific software Responsibilities of the Account Coordinator Coordinate customer projects from order entry through production and shipment Review orders, job tickets, materials, and production details for accuracy Work with Sales, Customer Service, Production, and Shipping to keep projects on schedule Monitor project progress and communicate updates or potential delays Track materials and inventory needed for upcoming jobs Coordinate pickups and deliveries as needed Maintain accurate job information and production documentation Help identify and resolve issues before they impact customers Ensure completed orders are accurate and shipped on time Support a clean, organized, and safe production environment 1st shift, DIRECT HIRE Pay is $50,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience
