Retirement Plan Employee Assistance Program Responsibilities:
Create, maintain, and update the facility's master schedule and daily staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts. Coordinate staffing assignments to meet resident care needs while complying with company staffing guidelines and state and federal regulations. Monitor daily staffing levels and proactively identify coverage gaps due to call-offs, vacations, leaves of absence, or census changes. Maintain accurate employee schedules, availability, shift preferences, and time-off requests within the scheduling system. Process schedule changes, shift swaps, and employee requests in accordance with company policies and established procedures. Communicate schedule updates promptly and professionally to employees through approved communication methods. Assist with orientation scheduling and ensure new employees are appropriately added to the staffing schedule. Maintain confidentiality of employee, resident, and company information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies. Support emergency staffing efforts during inclement weather, call-off events, or other operational needs. Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Qualifications:
Preferred certified as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and in good standing with the state. Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property
