WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

You will help homeowners understand their roofing and restoration needs while developing valuable sales and communication skills.

Understand Needs:

Learn about each customer's concerns and property needs.

Explain Findings:

Use proprietary Video Roof Inspection technology to help customers understand roofing conditions.

Present Solutions:

Explain available restoration options and help customers navigate the process.

Develop Professionally:

Strengthen your communication, sales, and leadership abilities through training and coaching. Every customer interaction is an opportunity to build trust, develop your skills, and create value.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

First Year Consultants:

$80,000-$120,000+ through performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission

Top Producers and Leaders:

$200,000+ annually
