Job Purpose:
Recruit applicants and manage candidates through the interview and selection process. Assist team members with People Operations procedures, policies, onboarding, and general HR-related questions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding end-to-end. Ability to facilitate and explain all orientation information to include but not limited to benefits, dental, health options, safety, and company policies. Assist in formulating competitive recruitment strategies for the organization. Identifying effective recruitment channels and leveraging them to source high-caliber candidates. Ability to work outside of and in addition to normally scheduled hours as required. Additional duties may be assigned depending on the company's needs. Attend job fairs, and develop strong relationships within the community. Develop partnerships with vocational schools, universities, and any other facilities that may improve the recruiting process.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Education/Experience:
Human Resources preferred or equivalent experience in HR. 3-5 years of specific work experience in recruitment in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Specific Job Skills Required:
Consistently reports to work on time prepared to perform duties of position. Enthusiasm and commitment toward the job and the mission of the Company. Ability to solve problems and deal with variety of individuals and deadlines. Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload. Detailed oriented and organized to allow for multi-tasking, performing duties as workload necessitates. Ability to work independently as well as to accept directions on given assignments. Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others. Act as a role model and positive representative within and outside the Company. Must have high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image. Must maintain confidentiality. Maintains a positive and respectful attitude. Communicate regularly with supervisors about departmental issues. Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations. General knowledge of Indiana labor laws. Knowledge of health care benefit laws and regulations. Ability to display effective conflict resolution skills.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret policies, documents and regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from Managers, Co-workers and outside sources. Good communication and listening skills are mandatory.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form.
Relationship and Roles:
This position will report directly to the Director of People Operations. This position interacts with all levels of Anchor team members and others as needed.

Frequent walking, reaching, handling/grasping.
