Join our Fort Wayne campus as our Scheduler and help ensure our residents receive the care they deserve from a dependable, well-coordinated nursing team! Responsibilities Create and manage nursing team schedules Coordinate coverage for call-offs, PTO, and staffing changes Maintain accurate staffing records and compliance requirements Communicate scheduling updates clearly and promptly Assist with onboarding and shift assignments as needed Work closely with department leaders to maintain appropriate shift coverage Qualifications CNA and/or QMA certification preferred, but not required Assisted Living or Long-Term Care experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Scheduling experience is a plus, but we will train the right person!
