Front Office/Route Settlement Specialist Huntington, IN | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Hour Lunch) | No Weekends Join Kemps Dairy - Immediate Opening! Kemps Dairy has immediate job openings for a Front Office/Route Settlement Specialist supporting our fiancé team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our delivery operations run smoothly by verifying routes, reconciling paperwork, and resolving discrepancies. Will answer phones and help people as they come into the plant. You ll work closely with drivers, warehouse teams, and supervisors while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and helping maintain accurate, efficient operations. What You ll Do Review and reconcile driver paperwork, delivery tickets, and invoices Investigate overages, shortages, returns, and product discrepancies Verify route information and ensure system accuracy Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly variances Partner with drivers, supervisors, and warehouse teams to resolve issues Support training on route settlement and end-of-day processes Identify errors and improve process accuracy What We re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in inventory, accounting, logistics, or office support (preferred) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stay organized and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Why You ll Love This Job Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends!)
