Barge Coordinator

Coordinator Responsibilities:

Enter and validate employee timesheets for payroll processing and labor tracking. Open and close work orders and job numbers in the ERP system to ensure accurate production tracking. Generate and distribute work packages for production teams. Maintain organized digital and physical records of manufacturing documentation. Assist with scheduling and coordination of production activities and deadlines. Collaborate with shop floor supervisors and planners to ensure accurate job data and timely updates. Monitor and update job status in the system, escalating delays or discrepancies as needed. Support purchasing and inventory control. Coordinate communication between office staff and floor personnel to maintain operational alignment. Prepare daily/weekly production reports and other administrative documents as requested.

Qualifications:
