Seeking a Full-time experienced Staffing Scheduler/CNA The number one priority for this position is maintaining the employee schedules on a 24-hour basis to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as directed by administration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Creates, coordinates, reports, posts, and manages all functions related to schedules of hourly staff Notifies appropriate personnel of call-ins and assists with securing coverage Maintains accurate attendance records and notifies management of attendance-related issues Accurately enters and maintains data relative to scheduling using company software programs Performs other duties as assigned Communicating with all Nurses and CNA's to put together a work schedule Meeting with New Employees to set up Employees Weekly schedule. Approving time off for Employees if the schedule allows time off CNA certified preferred Must be Covid vaccinated •

PROVEN STAFFING/SCHEDULING EXPERIENCE IN HIGH VOLUME LONG TERM CARE FACILITY IS A MUST
