billion in sales in 2025. Job DescriptionSika is looking for an experienced MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) Specialist to join its growing team in the Canton, MA area for our Roofing business. The MRO Specialist is responsible for managing the inventory and lifecycle of spare parts, equipment and consumables. The MRO Specialist will work M-F and will report directly to the
Maintenance ManagerSalary Range:
$35-$36 per hour based on education, experience and qualifications of the applicant. 
  • Work closely with production team and maintenance planner to monitor supplies of materials.
  • In charge of storeroom inventory control, order parts as needed, kit all PM jobs to ensure proper parts are ready for maintenance to perform their PMs.
  • Compiles and records MRO parts.
  • Assisting in conducting cycle counts; identifying, researching, and solving product count inaccuracies to preserve data integrity.
  • Ensure all items are appropriately received and stored.
  • Ensure the processes associated with maintaining an accurate inventory are being adhered to.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
