Part-Time Office AdministratorCompany:

Schedule:
Part-time (approximately 20-25 hours per week)Reports to: Operations LeadAbout the RoleWe are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to keep our office running smoothly and support day-to-day operations. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily workflow—managing schedules, handling invoicing, and taking on a variety of projects that keep our team productive and organized.

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Management:
Maintain office supplies, coordinate with vendors, organize shared spaces, and ensure day-to-day office operations run efficiently.
Calendaring:
Schedule meetings, manage executive calendars, book conference rooms, and coordinate internal and external appointments.
Invoicing:
Prepare, review, and send client invoices; track payments; and follow up on outstanding balances as needed.
Operations Support:
Assist with special projects, data entry, file organization, and other operational tasks as assigned.
Communication:
Serve as a first point of contact for office-related inquiries, both internal and external.

What We're Looking ForPrior experience in an administrative or office support role (1-2 years preferred).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.

Familiarity with invoicing or basic bookkeeping tools (e.g., QuickBooks, FreshBooks) is a plus.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a part-time schedule.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision.
