Job Description
About the Role Great Lakes Radiant & Industrials is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Branch Operations Associate to support our growing Georgia location. This is not a traditional warehouse position or a call center job . Instead, we're looking for someone who enjoys variety throughout the day and is comfortable switching between customer service, warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and general branch support. One moment you may be answering customer calls, preparing quotes, or assisting a customer at the front counter. The next, you may be picking and packing an order, receiving inventory, or preparing a shipment for UPS or an LTL carrier. Because we are a small branch office, we're looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, and able to work independently while staying connected with our team. Training includes both hands-on instruction in our Fayetteville office and ongoing virtual training through Microsoft Teams with experienced team members located in our other offices. If you enjoy staying busy, learning new skills, and working in a position where every day is different, we'd love to hear from you.
