You will leverage your expertise in logistics and scheduling to optimize technician workflows, drive project completion, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Direct daily field operations by managing schedules for multiple specialized crews, ensuring optimal resource allocation based on geography and technical skill sets. Act as the primary point of contact for field technicians, providing critical support for site access, material logistics, and scope clarification. Proactively monitor service platforms like Corrigo and ServiceChannel to track job status, ensuring all documentation and technician notes are accurate and complete. Drive the lifecycle of service requests from initial dispatch to final sign-off, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to prevent project stalls. Maintain clear, consistent communication with commercial clients regarding ETAs, schedule adjustments, and follow-up requirements. Coordinate complex service needs including vendor scheduling, equipment rentals, and material deliveries to ensure field teams remain productive. Track and manage outstanding quotes and approvals, ensuring every service ticket has a defined path toward resolution. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in high-volume service dispatching or field operations coordination. Proven ability to manage multiple technician schedules simultaneously in a commercial service setting. Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on proactive follow-up and task prioritization. Strong proficiency in service management software and digital documentation tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management. Preferred Skills Background in mechanical, electrical, or facility maintenance industries. Hands-on experience with platforms such as ServiceTitan, FieldPulse, or similar enterprise dispatching tools. Experience coordinating multi-site commercial accounts and complex vendor relationships. Familiarity with safety documentation, including JHAs and site-specific compliance requirements.
