The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a customer-focused mindset. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities Processes transaction paperwork in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction Regularly communicate with customers and determine needs - phone and email Prepare paperwork for government/ state agencies. Manage and organize digital and physical files Answer incoming calls in a professional manner Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all paperwork Comply with all privacy and security regulations Perform any other job-related duties as assigned Requirements Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required, particularly Outlook and Excel. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in general office management practices and clerical functions.
