We want you. Home Surplus is growing, and we need a sharp, reliable Data Operations Associate to help keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine. If you love clean spreadsheets, accurate records, and getting things done right the first time — this one's for you. What You'll Be Doing Handling paperwork for purchasing, receiving, and sales Managing ERP processing of orders Supporting day-to-day office administration Updating pricing on orders as needed Developing relationships with vendors to understand their timelines Accurately processing orders the first time around What You Bring Sharp attention to detail — typos and errors don't slip past you Comfortable working with business software and ERP systems Solid organizational chops and time-management skills Self-starter energy, but also a great teammate Admin or clerical experience preferred Bonus Points If... You've got NetSuite experience — a big plus, but not a requirement, we'll get you up to speed You've got kitchen-industry experience (cabinets, appliances, countertops, etc.).
