Job Description

CenCore Group is seeking aScheduler to support a mission-critical security services program at a secure federal customer facility in Fort Meade, Maryland. This on-site role supports a high-tempo, 24/7, multi-site operation by building and maintaining staffing schedules, coordinating personnel assignments, identifying coverage gaps, supporting time and attendance controls, and maintaining accurate project-hour and no-show reporting. Employment is contingent upon contract requirements, funding, customer approval, and successful completion and maintenance of all required security and access processing. Key Responsibilities Receive, review, and process weekly staffing requirements; build complete assignments by project, location, date, time, and staffing level.

Identify unfilled requirements and escalate coverage risks to Program Management and designated customer representatives.

Support short-notice, emergency, after-hours, weekend, holiday, and out-of-cycle staffing requests.

Coordinate shift and project transitions to maintain continuous coverage and prevent operational gaps.

Monitor call-outs, late arrivals, project overruns, cancellations, visitor no-shows, and early releases; reassign available personnel when appropriate.

Maintain current contact, availability, qualification, training, access, and assignment information for schedulable personnel.

Coordinate with Site Leads, the Master Scheduler, Program Management, Recruiting, Security, Quality, and payroll/timekeeping support.

Prepare weekly hours reports that include employee, date, project, labor-hour, remaining-hour, no-show, and call-out data.

Ensure hours are captured in required billing increments and assigned to the correct project or funding line.

Document schedule changes, notifications, approvals, cancellations, reassignments, and unresolved coverage risks.

Support weekly on-call rosters and emergency notification lists.

Protect employee, customer, project, and operational schedule information.
