We are seeking motivated and serious customer service-oriented individuals to join our Medical Scheduling team. Our ideal candidates need to have excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you have strong dedication, a positive and upbeat personality, this could be the opportunity for you. This position requires excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette. These positions are available in Gaithersburg, MD. The Medical Scheduler must be efficient and organized, be comfortable working with a variety of health insurance providers, law offices, and a diverse patient base. Some Responsibilities Include
  • Answering phones, directing phone calls and taking messages Being able to effectively communicate and coordinate with law offices, Physicians, insurance providers, and patients is an essential part of this role.
Scheduling and confirming patient appointments Data entry of patient information Retrieving patient information and reviewing of patient paperwork, to ensure accuracy Respond in a timely manner to all email correspondence Perform other assigned office duties, as needed Some Benefits Include

  • 5:30 PM Must have excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
Having Medical Office and/or Medical Scheduler experience is great, training will also be provided. Bi-Lingual, fluent English/Spanish is a plus.
