Job Description

Schedule:
1st Shift, Monday to Friday start time between 9AM - 5:30PM Overtime based on business needs What you will do - As a Field Operations Associate at Stryker, you will act as a role model and expert for loaner kit processing and oversee the preparation of products/services for our representatives and customers. This will include inspecting products or materials for damage, defects, or shortages, tracking inventory, and preparing products for scheduled surgeries, while interacting with varies teams.
Additional responsibilities include:
Inspect products or materials for damage, defects, or shortages. Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Maintain warehouse organization to avoid product errors. Use computers to maintain accurate account records and shipment of inventory. Support management in preparation for branch audits Process incoming orders for materials, merchandise, or services. Inform customers of receipt, shipping, and delays. Prepare shipment returns and partner with dispatcher to schedule the return. Arrange merchandise for transport (on delivery and return) and at customer locations What you need - Required qualifications 2+ years of experience High School diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's license with good driving record Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed Preferred qualifications Warehouse/Inventory Control experience in a demanding and fast-paced environment Experience in medical environment Associates Degree $25.10 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits.
