Job Description

Company Overview Metro Professional Services specializes in professional services, aircrew training, and mission support. Position Summary Metro Professional Services is seeking a qualified Scheduler / Administrative Support Specialist to support HH-60W aircrew training operations at Andrews AFB, Maryland . The Scheduler / Administrative Support Specialist will provide critical scheduling, administrative, records management, and resource coordination support to HH-60W training operations. The position will work closely with aircrew, instructors, unit leadership, operations personnel, and other supporting organizations to ensure training requirements and resources are effectively coordinated. A primary responsibility of this position is the accurate management and execution of aircrew training schedules using Graduate Training Integration Management System (GTIMS), Patriot Excalibur (PEX), or similar military scheduling and training management systems . Candidates with hands-on GTIMS and/or PEX scheduling experience are strongly desired . Responsibilities Develop, maintain, coordinate, and execute daily and long-range HH-60W aircrew training schedules . Utilize GTIMS and/or PEX to manage scheduling, training events, aircrew requirements, resources, and associated training information. Maintain accurate scheduling and training information within GTIMS, PEX, and other applicable Government-approved systems . Coordinate directly with aircrew members, instructors, evaluators, operations personnel, leadership, and supporting organizations to ensure training requirements are properly scheduled and supported. Monitor the daily training schedule and make real-time scheduling adjustments when required due to personnel availability, aircraft or simulator availability, mission changes, maintenance, weather, or other operational requirements. Assist with scheduling and coordination of HH-60W simulator and other Aircrew Training Device (ATD) events, when applicable. Coordinate training resources, briefing/debriefing rooms, instructors, aircrew members, and other required assets. Maintain scheduling trackers, training records, administrative documentation, and other program records. Perform data entry, records management, document preparation, and general administrative support for HH-60W training operations. Review scheduling and training information for accuracy and identify scheduling conflicts or discrepancies. Coordinate with multiple organizations and scheduling offices to maximize available training opportunities and efficient utilization of resources. Prepare and distribute daily schedules, reports, trackers, and other required operational or administrative products. Provide administrative accountability and records management support for assigned training programs. Assist unit leadership and Site Management with reports regarding training execution, scheduling effectiveness, resource utilization, and other program requirements. Maintain compliance with applicable Government, Air Force, unit, and contract policies, procedures, and records-management requirements. Perform additional scheduling and administrative duties as required to support successful HH-60W training operations. Qualifications Minimum six (6) months of experience in scheduling and schedule execution using PEX, GTIMS, or another comparable military scheduling/training management system. Hands-on experience with GTIMS and/or PEX is strongly desired and will be given significant consideration. Minimum six (6) months of experience managing or coordinating personnel, resources, training events, or operational requirements. Minimum six (6) months of records management and/or administrative experience. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple scheduling requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced operational environment. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple units, organizations, aircrew members, instructors, leadership, and support personnel. Familiarity with military administrative processes, training documentation, scheduling procedures, and records management. Strong relationship-management and customer-service skills with an emphasis on mission and client support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with standard computer applications and administrative systems. Ability to prioritize competing requirements, identify scheduling conflicts, and make timely adjustments to support mission requirements. Previous military aviation, aircrew training, operations, scheduling, or administrative support experience is desired. Previous experience supporting HH-60, H-60, S-70, Personnel Recovery, Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR), or similar aviation operations is desired but not required. Must possess or be eligible to maintain a Secret security clearance , as required by the contract. Preferred Experience Candidates possessing one or more of the following will be highly desirable: GTIMS scheduling and training management experience PEX scheduling and resource-management experience Military aviation scheduling experience Aircrew training administration experience
