The Role As a Planning Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting lead advisors. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to grow their career and develop into a lead advisor role over time. No licensing required (Series 7, Series 66, etc.) Our Training Program Our Planning Associate Training Program develops your career for real success over time. Your future earnings potential is high. What You'll Do Create Annual Client Review documents. Call clients to obtain updated financial information and planning items. Develop recommendations as applicable on investment and planning strategy. Develop cash-flow based planning and forecasting reports for specific client planning objectives. Assist in investment committee research and responsibilities. Grow business development skills. No sales required. What We're Looking For This is an Entry Level Professional Position Bachelor's degree required in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, presentation skills, and attention to detail. Expertise in Excel. Why Join Us?
