Job Description
Join Our Team - Operations & Studio Assistant We're looking for a unicorn. Not someone who checks every box on a résumé, but someone who is resourceful, dependable, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. We are a growing interior design firm with a retail storefront specializing in large-scale residential renovations, custom furnishings, and full-service interior design. We need someone who is comfortable wearing many hats and takes pride in being the person who helps keep everything moving. What You'll Do Every day is different.
Responsibilities may include:
- Sanding, prepping, and organizing furniture for painting and refinishing
- Receiving, inspecting, organizing, and pricing retail inventory
- Running business-related errands
- Keeping the warehouse and retail spaces clean, organized, and efficient
- Assisting customers in our retail store
- Supporting project logistics and coordinating materials and deliveries
- Completing administrative and organizational tasks
- Helping wherever needed to support our team and clients Who We're Looking For The right person:

- Enjoys variety and can adapt to changing priorities Experience in interior design is not required, and while you'll work closely with our design team, this is not a design role. We're looking for someone who loves operations, organization, and being an essential part of a growing business. Schedule
- Available 3-4 days per week
- Fridays are required. Our retail store is open, and while customer traffic can be slower, there is always productive work to be done.
- Must be available to work at least three WEEKEND days per month in our retail showroom.
