Job Description
Job Type:
Full time.
Shift Schedule:
7 am - 3 pm.
Salary:
$20.00 - $23.00 + monthly bonus incentive.
•Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
Operations Coordinator Job Duties:
AP Invoice Management:
Code invoices and communicate to the accounts payable department. Scan picking slips to Corporate shared folders.
Purchase Order Receipts:
Receipt Non-Stock supplies. Receipt Raw material (Sawdust). Receipt Packaging Material.
Human Resources Coordination:
Work with senior Human Resource staff on all initiatives including but not limited to: onsite HR support, new employee onboarding support, payroll support, time and attendance support, general HR recordkeeping, and onsite benefits coordination.
Daily Reporting:
Review daily production and packaging reports, update finished goods inventory.
Month End Close:
Support the finance department on all month end close procedures including but not limited to physical inventory and accounts payable Invoice management.
Shipping:
Printing BOLs/Picking slips Reconciling BOLs and managing all outbound/inbound shipment functions in Sage. Communicating shipment activity with the accounts receivable department for purposes of invoicing. Signing trucks in and out of the plant for outgoing shipments.
Other Administrative Support:
Provide support to the Plant Manager and onsite safety program. Update daily reports as assigned. Postal mail and daily package distribution. Other assigned duties.
Operations Coordinator Job Requirements:
High School degree required. Above average skills in communication both oral and written. Above average skills in organization and attention to detail. Demonstrates ability to work as a teamwork and effectively manage through others. Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure and multi-task. Previous experience in manufacturing office and/or accounting preferred. Experience with Sage Software and Microsoft applications a plus.
