Overview We are a progressive, high-quality dental specialty office that is growing! We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Dental Schedule Coordinator to join our dynamic dental practice team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patient scheduling, ensuring smooth and efficient appointment management. Your energetic approach will help foster a welcoming environment, streamline clinic operations, and enhance patient experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a busy practice dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. Duties Manage patient schedules, including appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits
  • Coordinate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and efficient patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient appointments and treatment plans
  • Respond promptly to patient inquiries and address any concerns or issues
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information
  • Provide exceptional patient service and support to ensure a positive experience
  • Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure a seamless patient experience
