Job Description

Progressive Irrigation & 310 Group are hiring a full-time Project Scheduler to keep our crews organized, jobs on track, and paperwork handled. This isn't a sit-around job—we need someone who can stay on top of schedules, communicate clearly, and keep things running smoothly day to day. What you'll be doing: Scheduling jobs & coordinating crews Managing timelines Invoicing & basic office work Communicating with team + customers What you should have: Strong organization skills QuickBooks experience (preferred) General office/admin experience Ability to multitask and stay ahead
