Job Description
Overview We are a fast-moving CNC manufacturing operation driven by precision, efficiency, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Our team works hard, moves fast, and holds itself to a high standard. We are growing and looking for sharp, driven individuals to help us keep pace. The Manufacturing Analyst is a hands-on, high-impact role working directly alongside the Director of Operations. This is not a passive administrative position — you will be embedded in the day-to-day operations of a busy manufacturing plant, driving scheduling, material planning, and reporting that keeps the plant running efficiently. You will be expected to think on your feet, take ownership of tasks without being asked twice, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. - Manage production scheduling to keep operations running on time and on target
- Lead material planning to ensure the plant has what it needs, when it needs it
- Build and maintain operational efficacy reporting for plant leadership
- Provide direct support to the Director of Operations across a broad range of daily tasks and strategic projects
- Prepare, manage, and distribute reports, correspondence, presentations, and operational documents using Microsoft Office
- Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Assist with scheduling, communications, and coordination across departments
- Organize and maintain operational data, records, and filing systems
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and step in wherever support is needed
- Interface professionally with plant staff, vendors, and leadership
- Take ownership of assigned projects and see them through to completion with minimal oversight
REQUIREMENTS
Required:
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook- Strong analytical skills with experience in scheduling, planning, or reporting
- Exceptional attention to detail — you catch what others miss
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and pivot quickly as priorities change
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Preferred:
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or operations environment
- Familiarity with CNC processes, production workflows, or material planning systems
- Prior experience supporting a director, manager, or executive-level role
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
