Dental Treatment Coordinator - Front Desk Are you a friendly, organized professional who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities:
Present recommended treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments Build positive relationships with patients and provide exceptional customer service Coordinate patient treatment and follow-up appointments Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with understanding their coverage Communicate effectively with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable discussing treatment and financial arrangements with patients Ability to work efficiently in a busy office while maintaining attention to detail Dental office experience is preferred; knowledge of dental insurance is a plus Spanish is a huge plus
