Job Description
THE WORK THAT MATTERS
When someone presses a Code Blue Help Point on a college campus, in a parking structure, or in a hospital corridor, it has to work- every time.
- the master production schedule and the work-order, ERP, and BOM administration that turn it into finished product across our low-volume, high-mix builds.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Reporting to the Director of Operations and coordinating daily with the Manufacturing Manager, you'll own the master schedule and the work-order lifecycle that executes it- within approved customer commitments, material, and capacity constraints. Specifically, you'll:

- Create, release, and manage work orders in the ERP from firm order through completion
- including the traveler / job packet the floor builds to
- Determine material and component requirements from the schedule and BOMs, coordinate them with Purchasing, and confirm jobs are material
- and capacity-feasible before release
- Own the accuracy and timeliness of ERP BOM records and implement approved engineering changes (ECO/ECR) for configured builds
- Confirm each order is ready
- required BOMs, specs, routings, and approvals in place
- before it's scheduled or released, and set the internal Shipment Date that Customer Service uses to issue the formal customer commitment
- Coordinate across Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, and Service Operations, and surface schedule risks early with business impact and a recommended path
