General Summary Manages and oversees the Office of Admissions operations and customer service functions.. Major Duties Manages and oversees the Office of Admissions operations and related customer service functions, including business processes, data capture and processing, functional and systems-related technology, document management, application processing and notification functions. Manages the execution of all internal admission processes, including front-line and related customer service, communications and troubleshooting. Ensures the admissions operations team has consistent routines and protocols surrounding daily activities. Develops and improves operational efficiency by resolving operational efficiency issues. Assesses operations to streamline processes and maintain a continuous process improvement office culture. Ensures effective and efficient processing of applications by designing applications, supervising the processing of admission applications and transcripts and monitoring achievement of office goals for response time. Collects and analyzes undergraduate admissions data. Compiles reports to inform predictive enrollment model efforts. Evaluates and implements operating procedures. Communicates with internal and external stakeholders concerning policies and procedures. Evaluate student-athlete compliance issues with athletic department personnel as needed. Hires, trains, evaluates and supervises staff and student employees. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited institution. Five years' relevant experience. Supervisory experience. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Desired Qualifications Master's degree in related field from an accredited institution.
