Full or Part Time The CNA/Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and supporting a team of CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) who are passionate about what they do and committed to providing the highest quality of care, compassion, and kindness to our guests. This position is responsible for coordinating CNA and Licensed Nurse staffing and works closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained and adjusted as resident care needs arise. The Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) will: Assist our residents with activities of daily living including but not limited to showers and grooming, patient safety, and charting Document all patient care in the electronic medical records system Promote the highest level of customer experience at all times when interacting with family members, visitors, and co-workers Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) must have the following: Certified Nursing Assistant Certification CNAs per state requirements Ability to work every other weekend Compliant with the state's Health Care Worker Background Check requirements with respect to criminal history

Human Resources Qualifications/Experience:
Ability to relate and build relationships with staff and coworkers. A working knowledge of how to schedule staff Solid computer and email skills Scheduler (CNA) the ability to work flexible hours Experience working in LTC or Hospital setting a plus Have Michigan CNA certification
