Schedule inbound service parts to ensure adequate material is at each packaging workstation to maximize output and prioritize Customer Impacted items like Vehicles Off-Road, Recall, Top Fill Loss Develop & drive best in class process using Power BI, AI, Alteryx, Python. Develop and drive metric to meet objectives Maintain 98% of Schedule Accuracy & 100 % Schedule adherence. Review Upcoming Material Releases and Plan for high Impacted Items in Advance Review aged ASN's, WO's & STO's. Coordination with internal stakeholders like MPC operations, SCM, Transportation, Supplier, Purchase etc. Response within 48 hours for critical customer escalations.
