Duties Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for CNC machining operations using

SAP, ERP

systems, and manufacturing management software to align with customer demands and capacity constraints. Coordinate with production teams, supply chain personnel, and quality control to ensure timely procurement of materials and adherence to production timelines. Analyze Excel data and supply chain metrics to identify bottlenecks, forecast capacity needs, and implement process improvements aligned with Lean manufacturing principles. Monitor production progress daily, adjusting schedules proactively to accommodate machine downtime, material shortages, or quality issues. Lead cross-functional communication efforts to synchronize activities across departments such as assembly, quality assurance, and logistics for optimal workflow. Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve process efficiency. Maintain accurate records of production schedules, changes, and performance metrics; prepare reports for management review. Requirements Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on CNC machining or similar processes. Strong knowledge of

SAP, MRP

(Material Requirements Planning), ERP systems, and manufacturing management systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process tracking. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and process improvement techniques. Excellent team leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster cross-functional collaboration. Effective communication skills for coordinating activities across departments and ensuring clarity in scheduling priorities. Ability to analyze complex supply chain data and implement strategies for process optimization. Knowledge of quality control standards and plant management practices is preferred.
