Gain invaluable experience by participating in our 12 to 24 month program that offers leadership development, while working enterprise-wide and cross functionally to develop risk management skills and capabilities. Required Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree with an expected graduation date of winter 2026 or spring 2027 Demonstrated leadership in school/academic/industry-related clubs Successfully completed the Land O'Lakes summer internship program Professional Qualifications Analytical and critical thinking skills Applies new concepts and principles to address problems Effective & collaborative interpersonal skills Resourceful and innovative in finding solutions to problems Demonstrates courage and can lean into the unknown Flexible and can adapt to changing business surroundings Salary for this position is $70,000 About Land O'Lakes, Inc.
