The Position:

We are seeking a full-time Scheduling Coordinator to join our Detroit Lakes, MN office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with our hospital partners, patients, and staff to ensure the smooth delivery of our services. This individual will independently facilitate calls with primary care doctors, hospital partners, and patients, and collaborate effectively with the patient care team. Qualifications 1-2 years of scheduling experience - preferably in the medical field Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) Knowledge of HIPAA policies and guidelines Proficient in operating computers Ability to multi-task, set priorities, pay attention to details, and manage time effectively Ability to work well in a team dynamic as well as independently Why should you apply?
