As a Supply Chain Operations Specialist, you will be an integral part of the operations department supporting various teams. Perform complex support tasks within the supply chain or operations, including analyzing operational reports and interfacing with carriers on requirements. Ensure accuracy of documents and data processing, utilizing knowledge of customers, carriers, and procedures. Identify operational or service concerns through data analysis and collaborate with relevant groups to resolve issues. Track orders and shipments, including domestic and international operations, and assist with tracing as needed. Prepare and analyze operational reports, presenting insights to team members and supervisors. What's Needed? HS/GED Completion. Experience communicating with carriers

• airline, shipping, truck & related carriers.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to address complex customer and carrier inquiries. Ability to work with databases, logs, and various software systems. Knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures.
