We are a fast-growing, licensed Minnesota general contractor specializing in roofing, siding, windows, and gutters for both retail homeowners, commerical, and insurance restoration claims. Compensation Base salary + Bonuses Realistic earnings: $62,000-80,000 including bonuses Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to management, sales representatives, and external partners. Prepare and process financial documents including worksheets, invoices, and payment tracking with accuracy. Provide support to the internal marketing team. Maintain and follow company systems within CRM, QuickBooks, and dozens of software and membership accounts to ensure consistency and organization. Communicate and effectively provide support with internal teams, clients, and marketing Coordinate company events, sponsorships, and community outreach initiatives. Create and maintain internal documents, commission reports, and operational reporting. Support the sales team through onboarding, training coordination, and alignment with company systems and workflows. What We're Looking For Some experience in construction, exteriors, or a related field is required.
