Fox-1 Drafting & Design, Inc. is a Minnesota-based, privately owned drafting and design company located in Burnsville. We do in-house and contract design, drafting, and engineering work. In the case of this position, you would be a Fox-1 employee assigned as a contractor at our customer's location nearby - Refinery. We are looking for a Primavera P6 Turn-Around Scheduler for an on-site position with a local Petro-Chemical Refinery.

Basic Job Qualifications:

o 5+ years of related work experience in field planning/scheduling o 3+ years Turnaround Execution scheduling experience preferred o Petro-Chemical experience preferred o Extensive working experience with Primavera P6 o Proficient in working with MS Office Suite o Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills o Willingness to work 10-12 hour shifts for 10-13 days straight during the TA event o

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50 pounds and conduct field walkdowns to include but not limited to: walking up several flights of stairs, climbing permanent ladders, climbing scaffold ladders with safety harness, ducking under overhead objects. Must be able to identify and differentiate the multiple types of hazard markings within the refinery.

Detailed Job Description Requirements:

Outage Scheduler will be responsible for one or more units/areas during the development and execution of the Turnaround Primavera Schedule. This includes all milestones, activities, logic, and change orders from conception to post-outage close out.

• Works closely with Field Execution Team to develop and maintain master schedules for multiple Turnarounds utilizing Critical Path Method scheduling.
• Performs field walkdowns and status verification walkdowns during the building and execution phase of the project
• Works with refinery Operations department to build timeline of shutting down and starting back up the refinery
• Conduct real-time schedule analysis to provide timely and accurate information to Turnaround leadership
• Identify, develop, and customize layouts and reports based on customer need
• Maintains and coordinates Lookahead schedules for craft/construction crews

Pay:

$135,000.00 - $187,200.00 per year
