Are you looking to join a team that has shaped United Prairie Bank to be a Top Workplace of choice! United Prairie Bank is hiring an Assistant Operations Manager in our Mankato location. This position is full-time, Monday - Friday, located in Mankato, MN.
Job Overview:
You will support the Operations Manager by overseeing daily bank operations and serve as a key resource for non-lending core systems, technology, and products. This role assists with implementing operational changes, including new products, technology enhancements, and procedures; provides backup for designated Operations Specialist duties; and helps ensure services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. The Assistant Operations Manager directly manages the Call Center staff and collaborates with branch, operations, technology, and other teams to resolve issues, strengthen procedures, implement improvements, and support a positive customer and employee experience.
Annual Compensation Range:
$66,655-$99,217. Qualifications for this
Opportunity:
High school diploma or GED (Required) Associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking, or a related field preferred. Five or more years of banking experience in deposit operations, branch operations, digital banking, teller operations, or related banking functions preferred. Deliver an exceptional customer service experience. Problem solving skills to find effective solutions. Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members.
