Service Scheduler Thatcher Pools & Spas Inc Job Summary Thatcher Pools and Spas is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic service scheduler for a senior level position to join our growing team. Responsibilities Schedule service appointments efficiently by coordinating with customers, technicians, and relevant departments to meet operational needs. Communicate proactively with customers regarding appointment details, delays, or changes to foster positive relationships. Maintain detailed records of all scheduling activities, service history, and customer interactions for transparency and continuous improvement. Scheduling residential & commercial service calls and deliveries of commercial chemicals, spas, saunas, and furniture. Billing out service calls and deliveries on a weekly basis Attending and contributing to weekly service meetings Updating note communication on systems with Customer Work with other departments to order and prep parts for service calls Communicating between service technicians and store staff Tracking vehicles, hours at jobs and comparing for accuracy against billing Follow-up with customers for approvals, payments, and service updates Coordinate schedules for on-site service calls, in-store repairs and benchwork, and delivery of product Requirements Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.. Ability to communicate clearly across teams and with external stakeholders to ensure smooth scheduling operations. Qualifications:

3+ years of scheduling experience Proficient computer skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with routinely shifting demands High degree of attention to detail Data entry experience Ability to multitask and change priorities quickly Excellent customer service and phone etiquette Thatcher Pools and Spas is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
