Industrial Scheduler responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing construction project schedules using critical path scheduling, Primavera P6, and Lean planning methods. Ability to support project teams with schedule development, updates, and performance tracking. Ability to travel to project sites as needed. Preferred Skills 1+ years of construction industry experience. Industrial construction experience. Knowledge of Lean construction practices. Experience with pull planning. Experience using commercially available scheduling software. Proficiency with Primavera P6. Experience with critical path method scheduling. Experience with Last Planner System practices. AACE Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification or equivalent. Experience with cost-loaded and manpower-loaded schedules. Experience preparing Time Impact Analyses. Experience developing schedule risk and delay mitigation scenarios. Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6. Implement accepted planning and scheduling practices throughout project execution. Analyze construction drawings, specifications, and related documents to develop baseline schedules. Monitor project schedules developed and updated by operations teams. Provide scheduling support and guidance to project teams. Evaluate project schedule progress and performance. Identify schedule trends, delays, and developing problem areas. Use schedule analytics to support project risk identification and mitigation. Develop cost-loaded and manpower-loaded project schedules. Prepare Time Impact Analyses in accordance with accepted industry practices. Develop "what-if" schedule scenarios to evaluate alternate sequencing and delay mitigation strategies. Define project scope and schedule requirements with project teams. Coordinate construction schedules with submittals, design activities, permitting, and other non-construction processes. Gather weekly work plans from subcontractors and update short-term planning schedules. Support Last Planner System activities and weekly work planning. Participate in subcontractor and project scheduling meetings. Support Lean planning events and pull-planning activities. Maintain schedule documentation, updates, and project controls records. Support special scheduling and project controls assignments as required.

Pay:
