URGENTLY
seeking
EXPERIENCED
Medical Scheduler/Patient Service Representative in the
LEES SUMMIT, MO
area. UP TO 22/hr. Based on experience. Background as Healthcare Office Admin is HIGHLY preferred. Full Time. Full Benefits. Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Analyze and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to healthcare services Assist with order entry and processing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using customer service software and systems Ability to empathize with customers and provide compassionate support This position requires a high level of attention to detail, as well as the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare customer service role is preferred.
