$17.00 per hour About Us Ozarks Area Community Action Corporation (OACAC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing poverty and strengthening communities by providing services and support to individuals and families throughout the Ozarks. Position Overview The CSBG Scheduler serves as a welcoming first point of contact for clients and staff. This position supports the CSBG team through scheduling, communication, and general administrative assistance while helping ensure clients receive timely and professional service. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate client appointments with CSBG staff. Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients and community members. Assist with general communication, information sharing, and administrative support. Help maintain organized schedules and support effective team communication. Protect client confidentiality and follow agency policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work professionally with clients, staff, and community members. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service, administrative, or scheduling experience. Experience working in a nonprofit or community services environment. Required Skills and Abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized. Comfortable using computers, email, calendars, and Microsoft Office. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively as part of a team.
