Job Description

Property Maintenance & Operations Coordinator Big Sky, MT | Full-Time We are seeking a dependable, hands-on team member to support the day-to-day operations of a growing residential and commercial property management company. This position combines property maintenance, inspections, vendor coordination, resident communication, and general property management responsibilities. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, organized, and takes pride in both the quality of their work and their professional demeanor. They are proactive, reliable, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs on residential and commercial properties Conduct move-in, move-out, and routine property inspections Prepare units for residents, including coordinating maintenance and ensuring they meet company standards Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine when specialty contractors are needed Coordinate and oversee vendors and contractors Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate records, photos, and documentation Monitor maintenance supplies and communicate inventory needs Identify and communicate maintenance or operational issues Assist with general property management and operational responsibilities as needed This position is dynamic by nature.
