Office Scheduler / Project Coordinator - $20.00-$25.00/hr

Full-Time Position Summary A growing construction company is seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Office Scheduler / Project Coordinator to support daily operations and assist with coordinating projects from start to finish. This position will be responsible for managing schedules, tracking project details, coordinating materials and vendors, supporting billing processes, and maintaining communication between customers, builders, project managers, and field teams. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and helping projects run smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Coordinate daily office activities, project schedules, and workforce assignments. Manage project workflows from start to completion. Coordinate ordering of materials and equipment to ensure projects remain on schedule. Prepare, process, and track project billing and documentation. Maintain project files, including contracts, permits, change orders, and warranty information. Communicate with customers, builders, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams. Monitor project timelines and identify scheduling conflicts or potential delays. Submit warranty registrations and maintain accurate project records. Provide regular project updates to management and project teams. Maintain monthly communication with builders to review current projects and upcoming work. Help ensure projects are properly scheduled to prevent delays and last-minute conflicts. Provide professional and timely customer service. Assist with reporting, administrative tasks, and special projects as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in office administration, scheduling, project coordination, or construction administration preferred. Construction industry experience is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with project management or accounting software is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desired Skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Dependable and professional. Strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent follow-through and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Compensation $20.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
